Cut Portland, Oregon Metro Highway Congestion Without Tolls

Rebuild the Willamette Falls Locks
Economic benefits of running freight on the river, and recreation, too!

Bringing Roll-On/Roll-Off to North America:

  • Statement to the Virginia Department of Transportation on a Need for a Rail Alternative in the I-81 Corridor, by David Foster, Chairman, RAIL Solution 05/24/19.
  • Statement to the I-81 Corridor Improvement Study Public Hearings, by David Foster, Chairman, RAIL Solution 10/25/18.
